In this collaboration, we are working together to help companies working on improving gender balance, self-learning, future of work, employability, and life-long learning to scale to the mass market. The GMC Calibrator is India's first Accelerator Program focused on improving 'User Engagement' on Mobile Apps and Digital Platforms of organizations in the 'Learning to Earning' space through understanding and implementing end-user 'Behavioral Insights'. GMC Calibrator is a blended growth program for 6 months to help companies working on improving gender balance, self-learning, future of work, employability, and life-long learning to scale to the mass market. The program aims to enhance user engagement, as well as help monetize and optimize digital solutions.
CL Educate was the app usability testing partner to GMC. The whole process started by 3rd week of November 2018 and ended in the 1st week of January 2019. The 1st cohort included 8 companies whose apps where Ocky Pocky, Freadom, Laqsh Vclass, Multibhashi, Meghshala, Sarkari Pariksha, MadGuy Labs and ChalkLit. App testing was done in the form of focus group discussion and field testing. The users included parents of 2-9 years old, students who are aspiring for government jobs (18-30 years old), blue-collared workers and BPO employees who are willing to learn English or any other language, teachers of government schools or private schools who want to enhance their teaching skills (users were distributed according to the app testing requirements).
Apps were installed by the users and it was used thoroughly by them. After using the app, users filled the feedback form which was made by CL Educate. The feedbacks collected were analyzed and reports were generated which was given to the respective companies.
